Veteran-founded, built to last

ETT&T was founded in 2023 by Thomas Chappell alongside two fellow veterans, built around a simple idea: give veterans and civilians real, contracted job opportunities while delivering janitorial and maintenance work that Fortune 500 companies, retailers, offices, and government agencies can depend on.

Our mission is to help the people we serve work in a cleaner, safer, and healthier space — with a maintenance plan built around what a space actually needs, not a generic checklist.
